Influencing Change - COVID-19

There is never a good time for a global pandemic but during municipal drains, budget, OCIF/Gas Tax funding, and year end is probably the worst for time for Corporate Services. You may also be ramping up for yearly strategic planning and updating long term financial goals.

My father’s advice goes far in times like these, ‘grin and bear’.

My mother’s advice on managing municipal life is also appropriate, ‘you will never catch up, there will always be something that comes up and your check box will not be complete’.

With no specific advice on how to help you as a leader, it is time for good refresher on change management.
